How to steep Chinese Jasmine tea?

Depending on what method you use, you may use the below parameters to steep this jasmine tea:

• Gongfu method: 10s, 80ºC, 100ml water, 5 grams of tea. Gradually increase the steeping time for every next steep.
• Western method: 40s, 80ºC, 500ml water, 3 grams of tea. Apply a 1.3 minute infusion for the second steep.
• Cold brewing method: 5 hours, 3 grams of tea per 250ml cold water.
